Samuel T. Reddy is a doctoral candidate in leadership transition, associate faculty member & visiting lecturer on career strategy. He is the author of the acclaimed bestselling book LEAVERS TO LEADERS, a regular speaker on the LOS Cast on change, strategy & leadership and a guest columnist for the Learning Investors magazine. Samuel developed the much-praised military-style diploma on career and leadership transition. He is a strategic consultant to numerous companies in the UK and abroad who are now using his accelerator programme 'Leavers to Leaders' to enable people and teams to transition into their roles. As a fellow of the Royal Society of Arts, Manufactures and Commerce (RSA), he believes mid-career leaders have the potential to solve some of the world's biggest problems so people, places, and the planet can flourish.
Samuel is a multi-award-winning member of the British Armed Forces and founder of L2L Partners - a group of academics and former highly valued military leaders who deploy to develop teams and impact organisations. He now serves as a reservist, having had roles on the front line, in logistics and in liaison & communications. He is a judge at the Leavers to Leaders awards for veterans in England, Wales & Scotland who have successfully transitioned and positively impacted their civilian organisations. Together with his wife and three daughters, they aim to improve youth literacy via the sugarcane boy bookclubs in remote commonwealth regions. They live in Hampshire, UK.
